Sleep: Writing With (AP) Style

If we look under percent, you see we should spell out the word percent instead of using the percent symbol of %. So it's 8 percent, not 8%.

Also, under daylight saving time we see that's how we're supposed to say it -- daylight saving time, lower-case and with saving, singular -- and not Daylight Savings Time, capitalized and with Savings, plural.
